NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2017-CA-118 WS in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, that Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 31, ALKEN ACRES, FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 25, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m. on May 31, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
