NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA003002CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Mirna G. Peterson; Unknown Spouse of Mirna G. Peterson are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 165, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SEA PINES, UNIT SEVEN, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 14; THENCE RUN ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF SAID SECTION 14, NORTH 0°05'02” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 1,417.42 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°35'46” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 20.25 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°03' 14” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 550 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°35'46” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 695 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 0°03'14” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°35'46” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 64 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0°03'14” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET: THENCE NORTH 89°35'46' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 64 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
