NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment entered on November 18, 2015 and Order dated April 27, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000795-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC5, Plaintiff and MANUEL DUCOS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, are defendant(s), Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on JUNE 6, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
