NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed April 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000297WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.a., is the Plaintiff and Dawn Rao, Dominick Rao, Trinity Oaks Property Owners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 25th of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
