Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order Granting Partial Summary Judgment as to Count I - Foreclosure and Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court for Pasco County will sell the property described as:
The North 1/2 of the East 1/2 of Tract 20, Less the West 436.0 feet thereof: Also that portion of the North 1/2 of Tract 8 lying West of the State Road Number 595 (formerly State Road 15) said tracts being numbered and designated in accordance with the plat of Tampa and Tarpon Springs Land Company Subdivision of Section 7, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, as shown in Plat Book 1, Page 68, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; the East line of Tract 20 being the same as the East line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 17; together with vacated road Right of Way as shown in Resolution 89-11 recorded July 13, 1989 in Official Records Book 1823, Page 1326.
