MARTIN, and EMMA LENA MARTIN, if alive, and if dead, their unknown spouse(s), heir(s), devisee(s), grantee(s), judgment creditor(s), and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against Defendants; the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors of Defendants, deceased, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against Defendants; and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, or under those unknown natural persons; and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other person claiming by, through, under, or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a Defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above-named or described Defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the subject property described in Plaintiff's, JM WORTHINGTON LP, Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Property (“Complaint”) filed in this action:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following properties in Sarasota County, Florida:
An undivided 1/2 interest in the semi-circle piece of land, the diametrical side of which is 12 feet long and lies along the South boundary of Tract 2, Block 27, Palmer Farms Third Unit, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, the center of said diametrical side being at a point 275.4 feet East of the SW corner of said Tract 2;
An undivided 1/2 interest in the semi-circle piece of land, the diameter of which is 12 feet and lies along the West boundary of Tract 5, Block 27, Palmer Farms Third Unit, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, the center of the diameter being at a point 583.12 feet South of the NW corner of said Tract 5; and An undivided 1/2 interest in the semi-circle piece of land, the diameter of which is 12 feet and lies along the West boundary of said Tract 19, Block 27, Palmer Farms Third Unit, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, the center of the diameter being at a point 584.36 feet North of the SW corner of said Tract 19,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Scott W. Fitzpatrick, Esquire, the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Owens Law Group, P.A., 811 Cypress Village Blvd., Ruskin, Florida 33573, on or before June 5, 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
