NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 07, 2017, and entered in 2016 CA 000991 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN H. HAUSMANN A/K/A CAROLYN HEATH-HAUSMANN ; JOHN W. AGEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN H. HAUSMANN A/K/A CAROLYN HEATH-HAUSMANN ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN W. AGEN; BAYWOOD COLONY VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 05, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
