NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 004578 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN 2005-OPT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2, is Plaintiff and TARA ABATE, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 31st day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 4-106, Las Palmas of Sarasota, A Luxury Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Instrument #2004247846, as amended in Instrument No. 2004247847, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
