NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 09083 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and GREGORY EDWARD SILVIA II A/K/A GREGORY EDWARD SILVIA, et al., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 30th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34144, VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
