NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2017, and entered in Case No.: 2015 CA 003685 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein STRICO, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Anthony Joseph Jones, Nancy Jones, Avis Budget Group, Inc., Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC f/k/a Ford Motor Credit Corporation, State of Florida Department of Revenue, United States of America, and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interest by or through under or against any Defendant or claiming any Right title and Interest in the Subject Property, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00a.m. on the 6th day of June, 2017, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
