Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 20, Block 1939, 41st ADDITION OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 42, 42A through 42E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on May 19, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid or one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) whichever is less. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
