YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 10, Block 7, LAURELWOOD, Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, Florida according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 59-62, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiffs attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Drawer 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
