BROOKSHIRE, III; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LAYNE KEITH; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 25, 2017 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 32, UNIT 7, LEHIGH ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
