NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050202 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust A, is the Plaintiff and Michael L. Branson; Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all Others Who May Claim an Interest in the Estate of Lydia A. Branson a/k/a Lydia Ann Branson, Deceased; Curtis Branson; Ernest Branson; Spring Larkin; J'Nelle Joy York a/k/a J'Nelle Joy Kim, as Heir of the Estate of L'Chelle Joy Branson f/k/a L'Chelle Joy Branson Kim f/k/a L'Chelle Joy Kim, Deceased, as Heir of the Estate of Lydia Ann Branson a/k/a Lydia A. Branson, Deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming by, Through, Under of Against, L'Chelle Joy Branson f/k/a L'Chelle Joy Branson Kim f/k/a L'Chelle Joy Kim, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Country Club Estates Association of Lehigh Acres, Inc.; Captial One Bank; Board of County Commissioners of Lee County, Florida, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 25th day of May, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
