NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 21, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001756 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-A, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff and EDWARD M. BECKMAN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE AND SUCCESSORS IN TRUST OF THE EDWARD M. BECKMAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 11, 2002; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A; COLONY LAKES PROPERTY ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 25 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, COLONY LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
