NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000052, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and WILLIAM SIRACUSA; MARIE J. SIRACUSA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 25 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 138, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9, AT PAGE 192, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
