Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed on the 18th day of August, 2015, and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 1 day of May, 2017, and entered in case No. 11-CC-006181 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CALOOSA LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and TAMELA MCGRIFF PARKER, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAMELA MCGRIFF PARKER now known as LESTER PARKER, and IBERIABANK MORTGAGE COMPANY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of June, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 23, CALOOSA LAKES PHASE I, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2006000358513, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
