NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2017, and entered in 12-CA-007530 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MARIA TOVAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA TOVAR; MARINO TOVAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARINO TOVAR ; BEACON CONSULTING GROUP, LLC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 01, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 320, LESS THE NORTH 136 FEET THEREOF, MAP OF RUSKIN CITY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
