COLE, DECEASED; DIANE S. COLE; GARY H. COLE; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION (DISSOLVED CORPORATION; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ; CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
