NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2017, and entered in 12-CA-018996 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF BRADLY JOHN COLE A/K/A BRADLY J. COLE, DECEASED; DIANE S. COLE; GARY H. COLE; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION (DISSOLVED CORPORATION; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ; CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). BOOK 3543 AT PAGE 86, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
