NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-002890 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance, LP, Plaintiff and VERONIKA CLAYTON AKA VERONIKA M. CLAYTON are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 6, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 587.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 125 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
