NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2016 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-004451 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE5, Plaintiff, and KIM WALKER; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; PROGRESSIVE AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE FOR BETTY WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A LEE KELLY;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of June, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 469, MEADOWBROOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
