NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated April 18, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000205, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. , is plaintiff and WESLEY K. WYNN A/K/A WELEY WYNN, ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT 5, EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 35 FEET THEREOF AND THE WESTERLY 42.5 FEET OF LOT 6, IN BLOCK “G” OF RIVER BEND SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, ON PAGE 157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
