NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-003844 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and GALVINUS THOMPSON A/K/A GALVINUS E. THOMPSON; TRINA D. THOMPSON BY GALVINUS E THOMPSON HER ATTORNEY-IN-FACT; HOA PROBLEM SOLUTIONS 5, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 20101 BLIFF OAK BOULEVARD LAND TRUST; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAUREL OAK AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 22, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
