NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-011742 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and NICK TEELING; RACHEL TEELING are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 22, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, AND THE NORTHWESTERLY 40.00 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK E-1, TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID NORTHWESTERLY 40.0 FEET OF LOT 5 INCLUDING ABOVE BEING ALL THAT PART OF SAID LOT 5 LYING NORTH AND WEST OF A STRAIGHT LINE PARALLEL TO AND AT A DISTANCE OF 40.00 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY FROM THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5, IN SAID BLOCK E-1.
