NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2016, and entered in 15-004529-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CLIFTON THOMAS, DECEASED; CHRISTINE AUSTIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; CHRISTINE AUSTIN, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CLIFTON THOMAS, DECEASED are the Defendant(s).
