AN ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, ORDER DETERMINING EXEMPT PROPERYT, AND ORDER DETERMINING HOMESTEAD have been entered on April 17, 2017 in the Estate of WILLIAM L. DANIELS SR, deceased, on the Petition of WILLIAM L. DANIELS JR. The case was filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the address for which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, under UCN: 522017CP002491XXESXX.
The total value of the estate distributed by court orders consists of five thousand dollars worth of household furniture and furnishings and a refund check in the amount of $113.90, all of which was found as exempt from the claims of creditors by the Order Determining Exempt Property, and which was distributed to the decedent's children, William L. Daniels Jr., 2154 Marchfield Way, Beavercreek, OH 45434, and Deborah A. Daniels, 45 Cypress Dr., Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOT WITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
