NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-003071-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is Plaintiff and NICOLE S. HOWARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICOLE S. HOWARD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MILLPOND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.; RISLAKE LLC D/B/A LAKESIDE VILLAGE APARTMENTS, MANAGED BY PROVIDENCE MANAGEMENT CO. LLC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 21 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, MILL POND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
