NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-006973-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and FLOYD D. BEARROW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FLOYD D. BEARROW; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; CITY OF GULFPORT, FLORIDA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, HEMPSTEAD ANNEX NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
