TO: Nicholas Dimitri Touloumis and Patrick Anthony Mastrandrea II and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $15,126.00 U.S. currency (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about March 31, 2017, at or near 1050 Harbor Lake Drive, Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2016).
