NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 26, 2017 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-006003 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH T. FOGAROS N/K/A PHYLLIS SHYTLE, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12TH day of June, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 9, COLONIAL PARKS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
