NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 15, 2017, that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 15, Block 1, PELHAM MANOR NO. 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
