NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-001313-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michael Levine; Ruth Levine; Tierra Verde Community Association, Inc.; The Moorings of Tierra Verde Condominium Association, Inc.; American Express Centurion Bank are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 110, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE MOORINGS OF TIERRA VERDE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 74 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 27, 1984, IN O.R. BOOK 5849, PAGE 153, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 84-202157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
