NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-000565-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and JEANNE LOREVIL, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE LOREVIL LAND TRUST AGREEMENT #19 DATED OCTOBER 11TH, 2005, is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, Pecan Highlands, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 15, Page 12, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
PARCEL ID # 35-31-16-68130-001-0030.
Commonly referred to as 2321 25th Ave. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33712
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
