NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2017, and entered in 16-001555-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH FRECHETTE A/K/A ELIZABETH J. FRECHETTE A/K/A ELIZABETH JANE FRECHETTE, DECEASED; EDWARD SCHROEDER AKA EDWARD H. SCHROEDER, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH FRECHETTE A/K/A ELIZABETH J. FRECHETTE A/K/A ELIZABETH JANE FRECHETTE, DECEASED; EDWARD SCHROEDER A/K/A EDWARD H.
