Book 14255, Page 1601, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 136, Page 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all of affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; and all water, water rights and watercourses; and all leases and rents relative thereto; and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
