NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003545-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Ana M Da Silva; Chelsea Parc Homeowner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, OF CHELSEA PARC, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 92 AND 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
