NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated May 2, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-008111-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CENTERSTATE BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A. is Plaintiff and SPAID, CYNTHIA AND NICHOLAS, are Defendants. The clerk TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 06, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, and the following described property located in Orange County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
