NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-009040-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and DONALD HOUSEKNECHT A/K/A DONALD E. HOUSEKNECHT; MARGARET M. EWER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAKE TYLER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ART & DESIGN REMODELING LLC; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2, BUILDING D, LAKE TYLER, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK, 3066, PAGE 1831, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
