NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 05/02/17, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-012684-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST, III, is Substituted Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST ROBERT P. CURRY, DECEASED; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o'clock a.m. on July 5, 2017, of the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
