YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Temporary Custody by Extended Family pursuant to Chapter 751, Florida Statutes has been filed against you. This action involves granting the Petitioner, Judy Reazin, temporary custody of the minor child subject to this proceeding, H.R.H. born June 22, 2011, awarding the Petitioner, Judy Reazin, other relief as requested, and award any other relief that the Court deems necessary. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Christina L. Adkins, Esq., of Hittel Law, P.A., Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 333 Sixth Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34025, on or before Tuesday, May 30, 2017, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Manatee County Courthouse, 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
