NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the Foreclosure Sale scheduled for May 18, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16001368CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and SPALLONE, PHILIP, et al, are Defendants. The clerk ROGER D. EATON shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Charlotte County's On Line Public Auction website: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 18, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida as set forth in said Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the Foreclosure Sale scheduled for May 18, 2017, to wit:
