NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000004AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Joy L. Beeckman, William F. Beeckman, Carpentras at the Villages of Avignon Homeowners Association, Inc., Jodi Decoff, Kenneth H. Decoff, Sandra E. Decoff, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Angel Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
