Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 1, 2017, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on April 24, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
