NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 41-2015-CA-001683 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein LIVE WELL FINANCIAL, INC. is Plaintiff and REBECCA CHRISTINE COLE, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of June, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN ON NORTH LINE OF LITTLE PITTSBURG ROAD 5 FEET WEST OF EAST LINE OF SW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, THENCE WEST 150 FEET, NORTH 175 FEET, EAST 150 FEET, SOUTH 175 FEET TO P.O.B., LESS THE WEST 70 FEET THEREOF. ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING IN THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR LITTLE PITTSBURG ROAD. LESS AND EXCEPT AND SUBJECT TO THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN A TAKING BY MANATEE COUNTY FOR ROAD R.O.W. AS RECORDED IN BOOK 1843, PAGE 867, MANATEE COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
