NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 26, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016CA003284AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and PAUL HANSCOM A/K/A PAUL T. HANSCOM; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS MASTER TRUST REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2004-0; BRADEN RIVER LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A REFUSED NAME, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of August, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK E, BRADEN RIVER LAKES PHASE 1, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 42-47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
