Parker, Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. , Home Equity of America, Inc., Regions Bank, successor by merger to AmSouth Bank, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Richard Ray, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Susan Ray, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Angel Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
