NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 41 2015CA005562AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. HOME INVESTMENT FUND II, LP, is Plaintiff and CARMEN BROOKS A/K/A CARMEN B. BROOKS; TIMOTHY W. BROOKS A/K/A TIM W. BROOKS; PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORP, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of JUNE, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF, ALL OF LOT 2, AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 3, CAROLINA TENNESSEE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 156 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
