NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 27, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015CA005464AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and SABAL BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; DON A. TRAVER; UNKNOWN TENANT 1: N/K/A KARA PACK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 30, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 10-3, PHASE 3, SABAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2011, PAGE 7150, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2033, PAGE 1795, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2065, PAGE 753, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2074, PAGE 5553, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
