Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA002070AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and VALGO ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A WENDY BURK; DANIEL MITCHELL; TRACEY MITCHELL.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 30, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 133, BUILDING 6, PHASE II, VALENCIA GARDEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 863, PAGES 847 THROUGH 899, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 73 THROUGH 75, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH CARPORT NO. 133, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF UNIT NO. 133, BUILDING 6, PHASE II, VALENCIA GARDEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 863, PAGES 847 THROUGH 899, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 73 THROUGH 75, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
