NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017 entered in Case No. 2011CA006617 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and Brian E. Macquire; Tonya Macquire; Yellow Book Sales and Distribution Company, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE STATE OF FLORIDA TO WIT:
LOT 248, SUNNY LAKES ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 73-75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
